The new 2017 Ford Escape is offering drivers a fresh new style for this model year; the new Escape sports a sleek new exterior style that includes a distinctive hexagonal upper grille, bold new headlights, and fog lamps. The Turbocharged Escape will add active upper-grille shutters that streamline enhance air intake at highway speeds. A newly available Sport Appearance package adds black 19-inch wheels and mirror caps, darkened grille insets, and smoked lamp bezels to add extra flair and style. Inside, the Sport Appearance package includes contoured seats with leather accents and white stitching.
Another update for 2017 is the latest Sync 3 infotainment system; this system offers a newer, more user-friendly interface with an 8.0-inch touchscreen and improved voice recognition. There's even a new FordPass with Sync Connect app that can help you stay connected to your vehicle's needs, helping you locate it in a parking lot, start the engine, pre-heat or cool the cabin, check fuel and fluid levels, and more.
